  constellation gas company, is a liar, the price of the gas they offer is not the one they charge the customers, when I receive the bill, it is higher and they say it is, gas light company, customer service is bad and although, they are They do not stop paying attention to the complaint, it is a very lying company and they are thieves, that is why they are so billionaires and they never fill the pocket.

I was without gas for the coldest week of the winter

  I live in a zip code that is partially served by Constellation. I ordered my service, set up my account and assumed the gas would start flow only closing date. It didn't. We were doing a renovation and still lived about 200 miles from our house be serviced by Constellation, so we had painters working in a very cold house. I would expect to have been notified that constellation didn't serve my address but that didn't happen. Super disappointed.

  Constellation gas set up the completely wrong date for gas hook up. Waited all day for them just to find this out later. Would not work with me on a good time to get my gas on. Canceled service before it was even started

  Tomorrow Energy is still on my Duke bill and they are changing the rate every month: Low was 0.059 and high was 0.140.Trying to find out why. Who regulates this PCU and how do I get rid of these thieves. We are retired and on a fixed budget and this hurts.

  It took 5 calls because they repeatedly were telling me I wasn't signed up after emailing me confirmation numbers. Kept trying to change the price everytime I had to call again. End of story I am NOT a customer of constellation and would NEVER recommend anyone waste time with the run around I was put through!!!

Worst Service ever Constellation Energy

  They told me to cancel plan with Reliant energy so that they can provide me with better plan. On the evening they promised to start service, they say that there has been a problem. These guys dont even bother to send an email or call me directly to inform me about the problem. Worst service and I feel cheated in terms of trusting constellation energy.

  I signed up on a late afternoon and cancelled early the next morning, I was told it was cancelled. Two weeks later I got a final bill from my current company, it was a nightmare trying to get someone to cancel Constellation, everyone said they did it but it never got done, im still waiting on a call back and I'm having to pay my current supplier termination fee. Fixed income does not go a long way, they take advantage of senior citizens, I was dumb to believe I could save money with Constellation. If it seems too good to be true, it is.

  None of my experiences in any of the "areas" has been satisfactory. I am a senior citizen, and they are ripping me off. I would love to be able to get out of my con-tract; unfortunately, I have nine months to go! Prices are very misleading.. highest electricity bill I have ever had this month!

  Constellation never fully set up my account with atlanta gas light. After 2 months of signing up with constellation, atlanta gas light came and cut off our gas services because constellation never took over the account. I am told that my family of 6 will now be without gas service for 5 business days. No showers and no cooking!!! At least it is not winter time I guess?!

Choosing Constellation was the worst decision ever

  I decided to go with Constellation as I needed electricity set up as soon as possible and they were the only company with the soonest availability ( I should have taken this as a sign) I have had them for about 8 months now and cannot wait until my contract is up. I live in a small two bedroom apartment where I am gone most of the time, do not leave lights on and rarely toggle my auto thermostat from anything below or above 73-75 degrees. My bill had been 95 dollars every single month and it makes absolutely no sense. Ive called to ask and have only been able to speak to reps who never seem to understand and just transfer me to their automated system or constantly ask for my card numbers before they can assist me. Ive lived in larger places and have never had a bill this high. I just find this company to be a rip off and recommend doing more search before choosing them.

  We did not realize our city we live in went into a contract with this company and how we found out was getting our first bill which was way higher then we had been paying before. I have made more phone calls then i care to say and even have an email from rosa a supervisor telling me i had been removed from the program and back too my orginal electric company. Got another bill with even more charges from them and literally called customer service again to have an agent laugh i dont think its funny in any way. This issue was suppose to have been resolved already but of course its not. Horrible customer service... Im following the steps and my next step is the bbb on this company. You better stick with aep guys this company here is a joke!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

  I called to get my service temporarily disconnected for six hours to make repairs in my breaker box. The gentleman I spoke with was polite but could barely speak English and this reminded me of speaking to someone at a call center in India. Communication was painfully slow. He told me there are better rate plans than I currently have and that I need to move to a new rate plan. I explained that all I need is to have my electrical service turned off for six hours which he said was not possible, and that it had to be off at least until the next day. He said it would be easier to get my power turned back on the same day if I signed up for a new rate plan. I said no. Then he said he saw my wife's cell number listed on our account and asked if he could call her about the new plan. I told him we would not consider a new plan and to simply get my power turned off for six hours as requested. A simple request turned into a lengthy and nonsensical sales promotion, and I'm not confident the order was taken correctly. I'll find out next week...

  I was approved for service and even got the welcome packet in the mail advising I would get my 1st bill with in 45 day. But to my surprise my old provider had billed me and when I called my old provider they stated my services had never been switch. I called Constellation and they said my request for service was denied and they could not tell me why, even after I got my welcome packet. They could have made a courtesy call to advising that they could not switch me. So I was stuck with a huge bill with my old service provider due my contract ended with them and was on a monthly plan at 17c a klwh
