“ I switched from a 18 month account with Scana to a 2 year account with Constellation. Unfortunately, it is difficult to time the signup so I was left with 2 months on my old contract and was billed $200 cancellation fee. Having been stuck before with a month between contracts and paying 300% premium during the winter, more help with timing from one contract to the next would be nice. Lucky for me Constellation is helping with $150 of the charge.....thank you!!! ”

I hope I can continue with Constellation with their great prices, but like with everything else, I expect a price hike after my initial sign up contract expires. ”

“ I received electricity usage report in a weekly bases to control my bill and everything arranged and available on-line, so I hadn't have a chance to call customer service. I would say i am satisfied, although i haven't received bonus like i got from the previous company. ”

“ Easy to sign up. Only issue is they send paper bills even after i signed up for e bills. Pricing is very good. Send weekly snapshots of your usage and estimated bill.. ”
“ Easily signed up for service, but concerned when transfer date from Stream came and no word from Constellation re being the new provider. Calls to both services gave me the answers. ”
“ It has only been 2 months, but one thing they do that I really like is send a weekly email with your usage up to that point in the billing cycle and your expected electric bill. This allows me to reduce usage if needed and removes any "Bill Shock" when the monthly bill does post. ”
