False Contracts
“ I signed up for a 3 month term do to a short term lease and I was informed that a 3 month contract isn't a 3 month contract it is a 3 month billing cycle term. They had no issues in trying to get me to renew and pushed on that heavily. I am not sure when a 3 month contract turned into a 3 billing cycle term, so be sure to look out for that. Do not recommend since whatever you sign doesn't mean what you actually get. ”

Rewards prgram is misleading at best
“ The sign up for the provider is a bit misleading at best. They have a rewards program. It does give you credit per se. But only for mostly online deals that amount to not much and the $100 credit reward is thought to be a cash credit. But is a really online entries credit to possibly win something. ”

Think twice before signing up...
“ I've been a Think Energy business customer for 5+ years, my plan was good, no issues. When my 3 yr renewal came due they never notified me of the contract expiration. Instead they raised my rate from .11 to .19 a KW, this increase cost me $150. After seeing the increase in billing it took me 15 phone calls to finally get a Rep to speak with. They don't pick up your calls or return them. Neither do they return your contact emails. When I asked about a new rate for 12 months they quoted me .15 a KW for 3 years. This was above others in the marketplace. When I told them that I would not renew they offered and lowered the rate to .129 a KW for 11 months. Their rate was a bit lower than others so I took the deal. The company is very poor on communication and customer/billing support. Prices are a bit lower than other companies. Overall not a good company to conduct business with. I will look for another company in the months ahead. ”
