Not the cheapest electrical rate however, I am more focused on 'green' energy
When shopping around recently for a new electrical supplier, I focused more on the suppliers' efforts regarding 'green' energy, the direction in which we all should be heading. Cheapest is not necessarily the best..... — jiminthecountry from Greenwich NY

Too new to evaluate
We moved to PA from FL last year, are unfamiliar with gas heat and this billing system. However, we quickly realized we should compare supplier prices, saw your price/terms and decided to switch because you offered a reasonable price and terms. Since we've only received 2 bills, it's tough to evaluate but so far you've been very responsive and helpful to us.

Rebate Process is Bad
They offer a $100 rebate for the plan I selected, $50 after the first month. They require you to mail the rebate form to them. I had to call to make they received the form. They did receive it but it took almost 2 more months to receive my rebate and they couldn't provide any information on the rebate status when I called several times. Come on Major, make the rebate process easier and electronic. I cancelled after receiving the first $50 rebate. Too much of a hassle.

False advertisement
The company lures you in for a 8 cents KWH price and promised the same 8 cents KWH. However, does not and charges 18 cents KWH. I called a handful of times to address this dispute. Customer services claims Eversource has not adjusted the contract and continue to pay the Eversource bill of $322 a month and the company will reimburse the difference with a prepaid credit card. After four months later I am still paying the 18 cents KWH, no prepaid credit card and No action has been done from this company.
