Good service, new owners
I signed up my apartment and retail store with. Think energy in Connecticut. A friend who works for them told me they were under new ownership in 2023. So despite some o
past negative reviews. I decided to try them out. It was a good decision. They're saving me a lot of money, and my rate is locked for 3 years. No issues at all.
Highly recommend.

After having think energy for 6 months I was suppose to receive a $100 gift card when I called to inquire it was then I was informed that I needed to have a usage amount and I didn't I was also informed that it would come in an email I believe this company lures customers by offering $100 gift cards but they don't disclose everything you need to qualify I find them to be very deceptive on how they get their customers to come over to them and I would never recommend them

ThinkEnergy dropped the ball multiple times
I called to switch my electric supplier back in January. I followed up with several phone calls to ensure that the switch would take place. I trusted this company when they told me I was all set and the switch with her. Six months later I find out that we have been overpaying because my husband pays the bill and didnt check the supplier. When I called, think energy to complain about this, they could not find my account, nor had any record of my switch. I had emails that at least proved that I had contacted them and tried to switch, but they didnt care. This experience cost us several hundred dollars in overpayments.
