  It has only been 2 months, but one thing they do that I really like is send a weekly email with your usage up to that point in the billing cycle and your expected electric bill. This allows me to reduce usage if needed and removes any "Bill Shock" when the monthly bill does post.

  Not the best rates, but better than dealing with headaches induced by the other providers. Establishing service was easy and no complaints the billing.

  Was able to setup service with Star Tex very easily. No issues signing up, and service getting turned on. Using paperless and automated billing. The lowest rates I was able to find.
