Connecticut Light and Power
Great services. Late fee was not bad. We never had to call someone to get our power back on because we never used it |

My thoughts
I have been a customer of CL&P for many years. I have heard of others who use different suppliers as they have a lower rate to start off with then the rate jumps up rally high after the trail period is over and they are locked into it as they signed into a intact end deal. I figure the company had ne in business so long and the rates are reasonable so why switch. |

Kyle's Review of CL&P
CL&P has had to face a lot of challenges as a light and power company over the last several years due to a myriad of rain and snow storms and although they have not been perfect, they have risen to the challenge. My guess is that few other companies could handle the situations that they have had to handle any better than they have and despite the unsatisfied customers, they have done their job. |

Higher and higher
As the cost of living goes up, electricity included, I do not see my paycheck get larger.Major companies such as CL&P are slowly wiping out the middle class. |

Recent outage
We've been through these outages before. Why isn't there a better plan in place. With Covid-19 people are relying on service. The CEO should be fired. Bottom line he wasn't prepared. |
