Source Power & Gas all positive!!!

  I have been with Source Power & Gas for years now and have been very pleased. I was with Reliant before Source Power and that turned into a nightmare. Every time it was time for me to renew it was a higher amount plan cost wise and also felt i was overcharged at times.
No complaints with Source Power. Source Power has been great in all areas for me. Every time it has been time to renew my plan with Power Source it has always been a better plan then what I was already on cost wise. As long as Source Power is around I will be with them for a long time.

Great service and referral program

  After a bad experience with another company I switched to Champion Energy Services. The customer service has been great and my bill is not overpriced. I've been with them for 5 months and they have been an honest company. I am from out of state and was not accustom to so many companies and pricing. I have to say I am happy with them. They send weekly updates on your usage and provide tip on how to conserve. I encourage anyone new to choosing various electricity plans to look at the reviews on various websites.

When I looked up reviews Champion was ranked one of the highest for quality customer service. Like many others, I do not have anything bad to say. Champion also has an awesome referral program. I am an advocate for great service and appreciate the fact that there is no limit on the referrals.

Straightforward, no gimmicks

  Straightforward pricing,no gimmicks. Get a rebate based on usage at end of year. No price guarantee, but have been consistently cheaper than other price promotions received in mail.

Just switched after to Bounce

  Looking forward to earning rewards. I I switched to Bounce Energy after Reliant customer service representative blatantly lied to me about the rates, service, and terms. I received a bill for $163 for 22 days. I just moved into the apartment and work in events so I am never home. The rate was very high. I am from another state and not accustom to deregulation etc. I asked the rep to thoroughly explain and she did not. Therefore I am here. I will be back to write another review in a few months. Looking forward to better service.

  Had alot of problems with Bounce. One is you never can get through to them on the phone, I have spent hours of cell minutes trying to straighten out problems with them. I moved out of an apartment on the 5th and notified them of the 6th to shut off the electric there and start it at the new place. On the 17th I found out they never sent it to the right dept so I reordered on the 14th.It would be on on the 17th at new place and when I was talking with them again about another issue they said no it says it won't be on until the 20th at the new location. On the 28th the landlord cut off the old electric and believe it or not mine was not on---well it was but they turned it on for the house across the street!! I had $200.00 worth of food going bad in frig. They did put it through as same day service which is suppose to be $125 charge.They technically had until midnight to turn it on so I had to run and buy a bunch of ice to keep everything good. Horrible --Simply Horrible

Forced to buy

  The only decent power company in my area so forced onto it. Their rates suck and I pay more to have my electricity delivered to me than anything else (more than 80% of my bill normally).

Don't use this company

  I was searching around for a better price for electricity, I was happy with the company I was with but hoping to get a deal. I saw that green mountain had a lower per kWh price than my current company and they had a $300 bill credit. I have not received my credit and numerous times haven't received my bill. Causing my electricity to be disconnected because when I try to pay online there is problems doing it. I have paid the day before disconnection was scheduled according to the representative but still got disconnected. Also my bills are higher than they were with the other company. There customer service people are awesome they don't try to work with you. I cannot wait to leave this company. They do not work with their customers. I then read in another review that their customer service is located in Mexico no wonder they don't work to help their customers.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with

  This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't send your bills on time (or at all) so when you go to pay them they are already late and then they get to shut off your power and charge you hundreds of dollars to get you power back on. If you have two disconnects they then double your rates and you end up with an outrageous bill.

I always pay my bills on time and haven't ever had a problem with any company. These people are absolute crooks.

Stay Far FAR away

  My checks are applied to wrong accounts 3 times.

My payments take 10 days or more to post when they get there because...

My payments are always "Lost." I am an accountant. I never miss a date. They claim they send my payment elsewhere after they get it.

They say 7-10 days to process a mail payment... WHY?

They take more like 10-15 days... WHY?

They are nasty to you on the phone. Their people seem to know nothing and do nothing. Add a serious dose of "Snottiness" to their Phone Reps.

I will NEVER trade with these people again. EVER

I'd ground my daughter for a month if she ever said to me what their reps have told me.
