  Enrollment is easy. They don't jack up your price at the end of your term. Zero fees. Enrollment was free. I can also switch to another rate they offer at anytime.

My thoughts

  I have been a customer of CL&P for many years. I have heard of others who use different suppliers as they have a lower rate to start off with then the rate jumps up rally high after the trail period is over and they are locked into it as they signed into a intact end deal. I figure the company had ne in business so long and the rates are reasonable so why switch.

Direct energy

  As a customer with direct energy they helped to get my monthly bill lower as well as show me ways I can improve my home to save money while keeping it efficient. They have great customer service and have always been dedicated at giving me the best service. If I have any concerns with my bill or anything they are rite there to assist me.

Customer Service Actually Helped

  I've had a couple of horrible experiences with some providers trying to get my bills fixed when they had errors on them. It seems to be a recurring issue. I had the same issue at Public Power, but I'll tell you what, instead of multiple calls to resolve the issue, Public Power managed to get everything fixed with just one phone call! I was thrilled, and for that alone Im happy with Public Power!

  It's the worst service one month they are charging me $99.83 the next month they are charging me $179.10 I honestly think they just guess instead of doing an actual real reading

Ex-New Yorker

  I tried to get "Reliant Secure Advantage 12 100% Wind plan" and I spent 40 minutes, and each time they would say it does not go through. I have never had such problem in 44years in New York. I thinkthe company just wants to hook you up and charge you more than $70/month.
