Worst experience ever
Absolutely horrible. Overseas agents sucked. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was being unprofessional! Could not wait to cancel application and move on to another supplier.

False advertisement
The company lures you in for a 8 cents KWH price and promised the same 8 cents KWH. However, does not and charges 18 cents KWH. I called a handful of times to address this dispute. Customer services claims Eversource has not adjusted the contract and continue to pay the Eversource bill of $322 a month and the company will reimburse the difference with a prepaid credit card. After four months later I am still paying the 18 cents KWH, no prepaid credit card and No action has been done from this company.
